- Please submit your lease proposal via the online Rental Application form (see link above).
- All proposals must include annual cash rent base payment due March 1 and November 1 of each crop year.
- All proposals must include GPS soil tests provided to Manager every 3 years (1st tests provided by April 1st, 2012).
- All proposals to be based on year to year lease periods.
- Farms with multiple parcels must include all parcels as part of lease proposal.
- No changes allowed to proposals after submitted.
- Lime will be provided by Tenant (owner will pro-rate over 5 years).
- Tenant must provide in fall list of all chemicals and fertilizers applied per season along with yields.
- All farms available for 2012 crop year.
